Winter 2019

WGU students were doing poorly on part of a summative assessment concerning the two communication models. The reading did not explain it clearly, thus I created this video to help them better understand the concepts.

I first did a needs analysis, using interviews with students and instructors to understand where the specific difficulties were in students' understanding of the material. I then built a storyboard and script for the video and had instructors review and suggest edits. I then developed the video in Articulate Storyline and did the voiceover myself.
